- equipped kitchenette with induction hob, fridge, small freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven;
- desk, small dining table, wide wardrobe, flat screen TV;

- central heating, individually controlled air conditioning.
There are kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, dishes, pots, vacuum cleaner.

Car is not needed, since the apartment is strategically located in the centre of town. If you drive to Milan, parking is available at 200m - € 20 each 24 hours.
The dining area is not comfortable in case of four people; the sofa bed in the sitting area is suggested only for short stays.
