“I Gelsi” farmhouse (with Bed and Breakfast formula) is situated inside an ancient farmstead belonging to the XVII century which has been renovated.

I am a 46-year-old agricultural entrepreneur, mother, and cook. I completed my agronomic studies at the State University of Milan, Faculty of Agriculture. I became a mother. I lived in rural, Andean northern Colombia for 3 years. Upon my return in 2011, I started collaborating with a social cooperative in Galbiate, focusing on integrating disadvantaged individuals into the agricultural field for a period of 7 years. Since 2018, I have been working at I Gelsi, an agricultural company in Cernusco Lombardone, and on April 1, 2020, I became a co-owner along with Liliana Rota. Currently, I am responsible for managing the agritourism activities, particularly overseeing the agricultural aspects of the vegetable gardens and orchards. I have also learned how to process our products into preserves, juices, jams, and dishes for our company's restaurant.
