Hi, I like to welcome customers to make them feel as if they were at home; I speak fluent English, Portuguese and Spanish. I have been working in the tourism sector for 40 years, of which 10 in the hotel sector and 30 in the civil aviation sector; for two years now I have decided together with my wife to open the Milan Malpensa Bed & Breakfast to meet the different needs of Italian and Foreign Customers.
Contact with people, hospitality, love for one's country and the enhancement of Italian culture are the strengths that represent me and that I try to convey to all those who stay with us.
I followed a COVID-19 and HACCP course, applying all the rules and extra measures necessary for the protection of the safety and hygiene of its customers.
Each room is carefully cleaned, disinfected and sanitized daily, each customer is measured the temperature upon check-in, the disinfectant gel is made available and the physical distance is maintained.
