The historic centre of Monza is about 10 minutes away, as is the railway station, which provides quick connections to Milan and the main cities of Lombardy.
The area is also convenient for reaching Monza Park and the National Autodrome, venues for sporting events and international exhibitions.
Thanks to its proximity to the main roads, the accommodation is also well connected to Milan, Como, Lecco and Brianza, making it an ideal base for both tourism and work.
The house does not have private parking, but you can park your car for free along the road and in the adjacent streets.
