The Raethia Holiday House is located in a picturesque location in winter and peaceful in summer. It is situated 300 meters from the ski lifts and 100 meters from the international cross-country ski track "Viola". It is also 30 meters from the S. Antonio da Padova church with an attached sports field and a 5-a-side football pitch. Additionally, it is in the immediate vicinity of the cycle path which allows for peaceful walks for more than 5 km.

Attached to the residence are a grocery store/butcher shop/specialty products. Within a short distance, there are convenience stores, bars, newsstands and sports shops.

The typical mountain construction rents furnished apartments in an Alpine style with all equipped kitchenettes, living rooms with sofa beds, private bathrooms with showers, balconies, and telephones.
