The structure is located in a quiet, open, and sunny area. From the windows of the room, the panorama extends over the entire Livigno valley and the two ski slopes.

It is only a 7/8 minute walk to the pedestrian area in the center of Livigno.

Very convenient is the access to the cycle path, from which the Latteriia di Livigno or the lake can be easily reached.

The bus stop (free) is just outside the B&B (30 meters).

The first ski lift is 700 meters away, while the Aqua Granda complex is 400 meters away, as well as Lake Livigno.
