ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
On the day of arrival the rooms are at your disposal from 18: 00, please arrive before 21: 00 unless otherwise agreed.
The day of departure, please vacate your room by 10: 00.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
The room reservation must be confirmed by guest within 48 hours of receipt of willingness on the part of the Court San Michele. Failure to confirm the reservation within the time specified will result in the deletion.
We require a deposit equal the total of one night for staying till 3 nights or a deposit equal to 30% of the total for staying longer than 3 nights, to be paid by bank or postal money order (communicated by fax or e-mail).
In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will remain valid for a maximum period of 6 months within which can be used to make another booking duration and conditions identical to the first.
The balance of the stay must be made at the time of departure BY CASH.

No pets allowed in the rooms or in the common grounds.
