The house of Ale is characterized by large and bright spaces, quiet and silence, and the convenience of access and proximity to the major sites of interest in the region. Just 5 minutes from the motorway it gives you the opportunity to enter an oasis of peace and tranquility. Free parking facilities are available to guests. The rooms have the necessary to accommodate children and babies with equipment, books and games. Depending on the season it is possible to have fruit and vegetables from our family's garden and fresh eggs every morning. The kitchen is available for breakfast and for a meal at any time of day. In the bathroom on the ground floor there is a washing machine and a dryer with detergents. We have a baby-sitting service on request.

The house stands on a small hill, and bears the name "Cà Vittoria", it was one of the bases of the regiment of Giuseppe Garibaldi between March and May 1859 during the operations of reconquest of the city of Como from the Austrian domination. The entire property is located in the park of the "Spina Verde". It is a natural park immersed in a naturalistic and archaeological area of ??interest for passionate runners. The park, easily accessible, is composed of a dense network of paths that allow easy usability. The park is located in San Fermo della Battaglia, in the Cavallasca area. There are also many accommodation facilities (holiday farms and restaurants) that offer widespread and excellent catering throughout the year.

If you wish to explore the city of Como and its wonderful lake, Casa di Ale is the perfect place for families or even for work groups who need a quiet place, surrounded by greenery, with large spaces and all comforts. Close to the city of Como, just 30 minutes from Milan and Lugano. The house offers 4 double bedrooms with air conditioning, three bathrooms, a large kitchen and a living room directly overlooking a private garden equipped with a BBQ area. Getting to Ale's house is simple and there is no need to buy basic necessities in both the kitchen and bathroom. The outdoor spaces offer convenient free parking and wi-fi. Directly from the house it is possible to walk in our private valley or go and explore the adjacent areas by bicycle. The new private solarium makes it ideal for organizing parties and receptions.
