The property is located 5 minutes from the A21 motorway exit (exit "Cremona Sud" - 5 Km). Situated near a major road artery ("Strada Padana Inferiore"), it allows you to reach the center of Cremona in just 10 minutes (10 Km) and the neighboring cities of Brescia, Piacenza, Parma, and Mantua in just over half an hour. We are very close to the "San Martino del Lago Circuit" and the great river Po.
