The Cadorna Train Station is currently one of the most important intersections in Milan and all of Lombardy. The North Railways and the train for Malpensa, the Malpensa Express, leave from here. A few years ago, the Piazzale in front of it underwent some reconstruction directed by Gae Aulenti and today is a rich offering to citizens and travelers. The Triennale di Milano and the Sforzesco Castle are both nearby. There are numerous accommodation solutions suitable to all needs, at small prices in B&Bs or apartments.
