area: San Raffaele
Ancient village in a pedestrian area, quiet, adjacent to the Martesana canal and Lambro Park, a few steps from the subway (green line, Crescenzago stop), the Eastern ring road, and San Raffaele Hospital.
The Martesana canal, with its Leonardo Da Vinci locks, the Santa Maria Rossa Church, facing the Berra house, also from the 1100s, and the Lambro, Adriano, and Martesana parks, as well as the approximately 30-kilometer-long cycle path, make the Crescenzago neighborhood a unique place in Milan.
I have been working for twenty years at a cultural association located a few dozen meters from the Berra house in an old building overlooking the Naviglio Martesana.
I have been living in the Berra house for about 35 years. I moved to this place (previously I lived in a more central area of the city) because I fell in love with the welcoming and human atmosphere that characterizes it. It's nice to be part of the city without losing the beauty of the relationships with the people you meet every day.
I decided to rent this house to share the beauty of the place with others and give it value.
And to meet new people.
