Hi, my name is Antonia, I have always worked in catering, mainly bars (I admit, however, a parenthesis in the dry cleaners).
In September 2014, I catapulted into the B&B sector: at the beginning I had no idea how to do it, what to do, what to expect etc..., then everything came spontaneously: waiting for the guests, talking to them, trying to put them at ease, manage the breakfasts, choose the furnishings. Only problem: I don't know the languages, so when French and English guests arrive I use a husband.
In all these years I have learned that breakfast is a very important thing for my business, not only because I am very good (according to the guests) at making cakes, but it is a moment where you relax by talking (obviously I with Italian guests) of more and less, comparing how life is in their cities etc.... I stop here because I believe that the space I have available would not be enough.
I love my "job" very much, I love to pamper my guests to ensure that their day begins in a great way and I love to be reciprocated by their appreciation, which they often show me!
